See non-SI unit prefix.

- Otta, Norway, a Norwegian town in Gudbrandsdal
- The Otta River in Norway.
- An alternative spelling of Ota, Nigeria, a city in Ogun State, Nigeria, private residence of Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo
