• From points North - take I95 south. get off at exit 3 (273 Dover). After about 2-3 traffic lights, pass University Plaza (right side) and Comfort Suites (left side). Turn right onto Old Baltimore Pike. Jacks Gym will be about 3.5 miles on your right (next to car wash).
  
• From points South - take I95 north. get off at exit 273 Dover. Folow same directions as above from exit 273 exit.
