Low Tae kwon Do

Master Low was born in Malaysia and began his Taekwon-Do training with his father Master Low Koon Lin in 1967. He came to Perth, Western Australia in 1971 and received his 1st Degree Black Belt with Mr Rhee Chong Chul in that same year. His affiliation with Mr Rhee Chong Chul continued into 1972 where he began teaching at the University of Western Australia.
