Our adult classes focus on real world self defense applications and are taught from a technique based system that teaches body mechanics and efficiency. The class is taught in a way that each individual utilizes their own strengths and the techniques mold to fit that individual person. When one becomes efficient with their techniques they have a personalized strategy of self defense and awareness.
