Primal Fights show in Harrington, DE on November 7, 2009

Primal Fights inaugural event "Genesis" will be held Saturday November 7, 2009 at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, DE (Exhibit Hall). This is shaping up to be the biggest show in Delaware MMA history and will set the stage for bigger and better shows to come.

What is Kickboxing?

Kickboxing is a martial art which was made for beating Muay Thai by Japanese boxing promotor Osamu Noguchi in 1950. Opponents are allowed to hit each other with fists and feet, hitting above the hip. Using elbows or knees is forbidden and the use of the shins is seldom allowed (except in Thai boxing, where the knee is also allowed).
